Absolutely! We currently ship to several international destinations, including Canada, Australia, the UK, select countries in Europe and Middle East.

For international orders shipping times may vary depending on where you are in the world, but rest assured, we do our best to get your order to you as quickly as possible.

For orders shipped outside of the US, additional customs duties and service fees may apply. These charges are determined by your local customs authority and are beyond our control at Artizan Joyeria. We're unable to predict the cost and cannot reimburse you for these charges upon delivery. (For an estimate of these additional fees, please contact your local customs office. Do you offer in-store pickup?

As much as we'd love to meet you in person, we currently don't have a retail storefront for in-store pickups. But don't worry, we've got you covered with our shipping options! Absolutely! We stand by the quality of our pieces. If you encounter any defects or if a piece breaks within 75 days from the delivery date, we're on it – consider it covered under our warranty. Just a little note: our warranty doesn't extend to lost pieces. But for everything else, rest assured, we've got your back for those first 75 days!

Can I order a custom piece or modify one of your existing sets?

While we're all about unique styles, currently we do not craft custom pieces or allow customization of our curated necklace sets and bracelet stacks. These collections are thoughtfully put together to bring out their best features. But don't let that limit your creativity! You can certainly select individual items from our wide range of offerings and mix and match to create a look that's all your own. 

Do you offer jewelry repair services?

At this time, we don’t provide jewelry repair services. However, we stand by the quality of our pieces. If your jewelry was purchased recently or is still under our warranty and you encounter any issues, we're more than happy to replace it.
