FREE SHIPPING & COVERAGE

Artizan Joyería offers free shipping on all orders.

This offer applies to the continental United States, Alaska, Hawaii, APO/FPO and US territories and Canada (There may be separate customs and/or duties due prior to delivery. Check with your local province/territory for more details.)

Orders that include free shipping will ship via USPS First Class Mail for delivery in 2-5 business days. (2-3 business days in most cases).

TURNAROUND TIME

Most orders for In Stock items usually ship 1 or 2 business day after the order is received.

Backorders are reviewed daily. Please contact us if your order is outside of these estimated times for a specific update on your order status. Please note these estimated dates are subject to change.

INTERNATIONAL SHIPMENTS

Shipping costs and delivery times for international orders are calculated at checkout based on your destination. You'll see the exact cost before completing your purchase.

Each country has their own specific rules regarding import fees. If a customs and/or duties fee is charged prior to delivery, this charge will be the customer's responsibility. If unsure of your country's import laws/rules, please check with your local government prior to placing an order. They will be able to provide accurate information regarding imports from the United States.

DUTIES, TAXES & CUSTOM FEES

International orders may be subject to customs duties, import taxes, or fees charged by your country's customs authority. These charges are not included in your order total or shipping cost, and are the customer's responsibility.

Fees vary by country and are typically collected by the courier or customs office before delivery. Because each country sets its own rules, we're unable to calculate or estimate these charges in advance. We recommend checking with your local customs office before placing your order so there are no surprises.

Artizan Joyería includes customs forms with every international shipment, and declared values will always match the amount paid, no exceptions.

If a package is refused or returned due to unpaid customs fees, the original shipping cost and any return fees will be deducted from your refund.
