"I have purchased several items from Artizan and been a loyal customer. A ring that I purchased recently had several stones fall out. When contacting customer service they refused to correct this damaged product. I just received this order in the mail, and it is a different item than I ordered. Still waiting for them to get back to me about the damaged ring, I wrote to notify them about the wrong item being received. I was then notified that I have to print a label and take it to ship back before they ship the correct item 3 to 5 days AFTER they receive the wrong item sent. Everything handled extremely poorly and I am very disappointed in the way they do business. It just isn't right."
