"⭐ 1 Star — Arrived Broken This was my first purchase from Artizan Joyeria, and unfortunately I’m very disappointed. I ordered the Anne Zodiac Layered Necklace Set for $185, which comes with three necklaces. The other two necklaces are beautiful and arrived in good condition, but the middle necklace arrived broken. The clasp is stuck in an open position and will not close at all, so the necklace cannot be worn. I literally just received the package today and discovered the issue as soon as I opened it. For a $185 necklace set, I expected all three pieces to arrive in perfect, wearable condition. Now, instead of being able to enjoy my new purchase, I have to figure out the return or replacement process for a brand-new item. I’m hoping the company will make this right and replace the defective necklace. I’ll be happy to update my review depending on how the issue is handled, but based on the condition it arrived in, I can only give my first purchase 1 star."
