"First the product shipped out super late for the holiday (ordered the 15th didnt leave the facility until the 23rd). Im glad it was not a gift because the product was not received as pictured. Instead of sending the longer Necklace with the eye charm I received a short herringbone with no charm. I reached out to the company several times with no response and no indication that they would send the correct product, super disappointing. The clasp on the necklace with initial is difficult to clasp as the circle and the hook are the exception same size. This is my fourth Necklace order and by far my most disappointing. I can't even just return it because you have to secure authorization to process a return."
