A complete different necklace showed up then what was ordered, I double checked my confirmation a bunch of times to make sure I didn’t simply order the wrong one myself. I didn’t I order the one I wanted but it wasn’t what I got. I ordered online as I don’t have time to be running around with a new job and lots going on. The company told me I could ship back the wrong one for the correct one. Again I ordered it and made sure it was correct as I do not have time to be running around doing returns and drop offs… that’s why I do online ordering. The company was u willing to make good on their mistake and ship out the correct one. I went back and forth over email a few times and once I asked for corporates number all communication stopped. I myself work as a retail/wholesale buyer and I would never treat good a customer this way, and around the holidays…"
