Are charms and chains sold separately or together?
Yes! In this collection, everything is sold separately. The idea is that you pick the chain you like and the charm you want, and mix and match them to build your own combination. Start with a style you love and build from there.
What materials are charms and chains made from?
Depending on the piece, you'll find styles in 18K Gold Plated Stainless Steel, Stainless Steel, Mixed Metal Stainless Steel, and Sterling Silver. Always check the individual product page to confirm the exact material of each charm or chain.
Can I add multiple charms to one chain?
Yes! Our chains are designed with clasps that allow you to add more than one charm. Just keep in mind that the number of charms you can fit depends on the size of the clasp on your chain. Most of our styles can hold two or more charms without any issue.
Can any charm fit on any chain?
Not all charms work with every chain. Here's how it breaks down:
Slim Chains use a can opener clasp and work with Link Charms. Look for the word link in the product title to find compatible charms.
Medium Chains work best with Just Click Charms, which you'll recognize by Just Click in the product title. Clip-on charms also fit these chains.
Bold Chains are designed for Clip-on Charms.
