Can I wear this jewelry in the water?

Anything in Stainless Steel or 18K Gold Plated Stainless Steel is water-resistant — beach, pool, shower, everyday splashes — without losing its finish, because those materials resist tarnish and corrosion. Sterling Silver is the exception: keep it out of pools and the ocean, since chlorine and saltwater can damage it. Whatever the material, rinse your pieces with fresh water and dry them after any water exposure to keep them looking their best.
What materials is this jewelry made from?
