Every Artizan Joyería piece is made to last. Our 90-day warranty reflects that confidence, if something goes wrong, we've got you covered.
Every piece is covered from the date of delivery. If you experience any defects or if a piece breaks within that window, reach out and we'll take care of it.

How to file a warranty claim

2. Include a description of the issue and photos if possible
3. Our team will review your claim and be in touch as soon as possible
Once approved, we'll send a replacement of the same item. If the item is no longer available, we'll issue store credit for the original purchase price.

Does the warranty cover tarnishing?
It depends on the timing. Here's how it works:
If your piece tarnishes within 30 days of delivery, it qualifies for a no-questions-asked return, just like any other order.
If it tarnishes between 30 and 90 days of delivery, it's covered under our warranty. We'll send you a replacement, the only cost to you is a two-way shipping label to send back the original piece and receive the new one.
After 90 days, tarnishing from contact with perfume, moisture, or lotions isn't covered under warranty as it's a result of wear habits rather than a manufacturing defect. Avoid contact with perfume, lotions, and prolonged moisture, and store your pieces in their pouch when not wearing them to keep them looking their best.
What if my piece is outside the 90-day window?
Our warranty window is 90 days from delivery, but we understand that issues don't always show up right away. If something feels off with your piece after that window, reach out to us at customercare@artizanjoyeria.com with your order number and a description of the issue. We review every case individually and will do our best to find a solution.
What if I received it as a gift?
The 90-day warranty applies from the delivery date of the original order, even if it was purchased as a gift for you. To file a claim, you'll need the original order number, the person who gifted it to you should be able to find it in their order confirmation email. Once you have it, fill out our warranty claim form, and our team will take it from there.
