RETURNS & DAMAGES POLICY - WHOLESALE
We gladly accept and process wholesale claims based on our Wholesale Returns & Damages Policy. Please note that all wholesale sales are final and we do not accept returns or exchanges for unsold stock.
Wholesale Claims (Transit Damage or Shortages)
To submit a claim, please follow the steps below:

Report within 5 business days of delivery. Claims submitted after this window may not be approved.
- Include clear photos of the damaged items and the shipping package (outer box and internal packaging).

Keep all original packaging until your claim is reviewed and resolved.
- Email sales@artizanjoyeria.com with:
-Your order number
- A brief description of the issue (damage and/or shortage)
- Photos supporting the claim

All wholesale orders are final sale. No returns or exchanges of unsold merchandise.
- Claims are limited to transit-related damage or shortages reported within the timeframe above.
- Resolution (replacement, credit, or other remedy) will be determined based on the claim review.
